Boot Camp
Energy in vs Energy out is the fundamental equation governing weight loss or gain. Boot camp sessions integrate high energy strength training exercises and aerobic movements into one gut busting workout! The one hour session includes a 10 minute specific dynamic warm-up, 40 minutes of constant exercise, and closes with 10 minutes of low intensity cool-down and flexibility work. Unlike your standard aerobic classes, our Boot Camp workouts are athletic in nature and ideal for all fitness levels from beginner to advanced!
At boot camp, not only will you be shedding tonnes of calories, but you will also learn how to perform an array of different movements with proper technique, how to progress these movements to a more advanced level, as well as how to properly organize an effective workout routine!
The best feature of our Boot Camp classes is that we will bring them to you! This means that we will come to your work place or local Ancaster or West Hamilton neighbourhood! Class sizes can range from 6 to 20 participants.
